Olivia Mills, PA-C is a physician assistant at Centennial Pediatrics of Spokane, where she is passionate about providing compassionate, preventive care to children and families in the Spokane community.
Olivia brings over a decade of healthcare experience to her role, with a background in cardiovascular perfusion. Before becoming a PA, she worked extensively in adult cardiac surgery, operating heart-lung bypass machines, and managing various life support devices in both adult and pediatric critical care and flight transport settings.
Her decision to become a physician assistant was rooted in a desire to care for patients before they reach the point of crisis. That passion for preventive medicine led her naturally to pediatrics. Olivia completed her pediatric clinical training at Centennial Pediatrics and is incredibly excited to rejoin the practice—this time as a provider.
Originally from Fairbanks, Alaska, Olivia earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Puget Sound, where she was actively involved in both the biology and music departments. She went on to complete a post-baccalaureate certificate in Cardiovascular Perfusion Science from the Texas Heart Institute School of Perfusion Technology and later earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Franklin Pierce University.
Olivia and her husband moved to Spokane in 2022 and feel lucky to call the area home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with their young son and is excited to welcome another baby boy next year. She loves exploring Spokane’s restaurant scene, cooking elaborate dinners with family, hiking local trails, and snuggling their dog, Waffles. If she could, she’d adopt every dog at the humane society—but her husband is the voice of reason and reminds her that one dog (and soon, two little boys) is plenty for now.
